Q. Can I place an order 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week?
A. Yes, on the Internet. We check our web site frequently. Please
indicate the date that the basket needs to arrive, complete with
all mailing information. If next day delivery or special instructions
are necessary, we suggest that you call and talk, personally with
one of our designers.

Q. Can I purchase a gift
different than what is offered on the web site?
A. Yes. We specialize in custom orders. The pictures on the web
site can be used to build on. Just tell us about the recipient,
the occasion, and we’ll do the rest.

Q. How are baskets shipped or
delivered?
A. Standard shipping is via UPS for most baskets. Orders must be
placed by 10:00 AM, CST, for your gift to ship the same day as the
order. Most baskets leave our facility within 24 hrs. after order
placement. In some cases, same day delivery is possible. Most local
deliveries are made by messenger service. Our online shipping charges
are as follows:

process each delivery destination as a separate online order.

Q. Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A. Almost anywhere. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO-FPO boxes
or foreign addresses. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but please
expect to pay at least $20.00 in addition to the regular shipping
fee.

Q. Do you substitute items?
A. From time to time it may be necessary to substitute because
of product availability. If this occurs, the quality of your basket
will never be compromised. A product of equal or greater value will
be used.

Q. Do the gifts and gift baskets
include tax and delivery?
A. No. Shipping and delivery charges are additional, as are taxes.
We do not treat shipping as a profit center. We do charge a small
fee for the box & packing material, otherwise the shipping or
delivery fee is exactly what you would pay if you shipped it yourself,
only we will do it for you.
Q. How much do the baskets cost?
A. We can make any basket to fit your budget and needs. We offer
a wide variety to satisfy your budget.

Q. Can I send a personalized
message with my gift baskets?
A. Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space
provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized
gift card.

Q. If I had a budget of $10.00
per person, can you help me?
A. Absolutely! Many times a unique ‘stand alone’ item
is perfect for this situation. Let’s talk – we’ve
got lots of good ideas.

Q. Are you able to handle large
orders?
A. Yes we can. Depending on the quantity and contents, we may need
some extra time and a 50% deposit is required on these orders.

Q. How do you want my mailing
list?
A. On large orders we prefer them on preprinted labels.

Q. Is a gift basket appropriate
for a sympathy gift?
A. Yes, however, send the gift to the home. A gift basket filled
with comfort foods can provide the whole family with goodies that
they can enjoy at their leisure.
